Return Policy

At our brand, we want you to love every outfit you shop with us. If your purchase doesn’t fit or suit you, you can request a No-Question-Asked return within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned parcel, a 30-day valid gift card with the same purchase value will be issued within 3 working days. The gift card can be used across multiple transactions on any product available on our website, including new arrivals and sale items.

Defective Product Policy

If you receive a product with any defect, please follow these steps:

  • Raise a return request within 4 days of delivery.
  • During the return process, you will need to upload clear images along with a brief description of the issue through our returns portal.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you can choose from multiple refund options, including a full refund or even a partial refund if you wish to keep the item.

Return Shipping Policy

For all returns, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement or new product to you.

  • In cases where the return is due to a defective product, an additional ₹100 will be added to your selected refund method as compensation towards return shipping charges.

Returns & Exchange Terms and Conditions

All orders shipped within India are eligible for no-questions-asked returns in the form of credit note or gift cards. Return requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery. Unfortunately, requests raised after this return window will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition. Any signs of usage — including removed tags, excessive wrinkles, body odor, stains, or fragrance/perfume traces — may lead to the product being sent back without approval of the return.

For returns related to defective products, the item will undergo inspection by our dispatch and quality assurance team before the request is approved. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
